Where this comes from. The Florida Department of State, Division of Corporations, quarterly corporate register, pulled 2026-07-30. We publish the association as an entity: its legal name, status, addresses and registered agent. We do not publish board members' names or home addresses, which the state file also carries, because on a condo board that address is usually the person's own unit.
How a building is matched. Only where the association's registered name independently corroborates the building's address. Many associations file their management company's office as their principal address, so an address on its own proves nothing. Where the register does not make it clear which entity governs which tower, the building is left out rather than guessed at.
Filing status is not an endorsement. Registration says a corporation exists and is current with the state. It says nothing about a building's finances, reserves or litigation. For those, ask for the association's documents. Li can request them for you.
