Marea is a pair of adjoining six-story buildings at 801 South Pointe Drive, holding 30 residences in total, which is unusually low-rise for the South of Fifth waterfront. Sieger Suarez designed it for The Related Group with interiors by Yabu Pushelberg, completed in 2015.
