75 Broadway is a 52-storey tower of 106 residences on Broadway (SW 15th Road) in Brickell, directly across from the ten-acre canopy of Simpson Park, with open views to Biscayne Bay and the city. It is developed by Ytech, the developer of The Residences at 1428 Brickell, through Ytech – 75 Broadway, LLC, with architecture by Kohn Pedersen Fox, interiors by ACPV Architects (Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel) and landscape by Enzo Enea.
There are three homes to a typical floor, a three-bedroom, a two-bedroom and a one-bedroom plus den, each with a private elevator foyer and a private storage room on its own floor, plus seven penthouses near the top. Kitchens are by Arclinea with Gaggenau appliances, designed by Antonio Citterio for this building. Residents get a butler service developed with the British Butler Institute, a wellness level on the 8th floor, an Owner’s Club on the 51st and a rooftop pool on the 52nd.
The project was first announced as Seven Broadway, at 54 storeys; the 2026 fact sheet gives 52. The sales kit has no price list, no deposit schedule and no completion date, and there are no MLS listings yet. We have asked Ytech’s sales team for them.

The pre-development loan of about $19.5 million was reported in December 2024 and the design was approved by the City’s Urban Development Review Board in July 2025.
